Graphic Design Adjunct Instructor (Economic Development)
The position requires classroom facilitation skills as well as computer proficiency in Graphic Design and Microsoft software: Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook. A minimum of three years’ work experiences in a computer related field within the past five years. An associate or bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Technology, and/or related field preferred. This is a part-time/non-exempt position.
Responsibilities:
- Administer and teach Graphic Design
- Prepare lesson plans and class schedule
- Select and obtain appropriate educational materials, equipment and supplies
- Monitor use of and maintain supplies, equipment and/or facilities for assigned program
- Ability to work flexible hours
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelors’ Degree in Graphic Design
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other software.
- Minimum of three (3) years’ work experiences in graphic design
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to work flexible hours between 8:00 am – 10:00 pm.
- Ability to travel within 90-minute radius.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Graphic Design
Salary/Benefits:
Salary is commensurate with education and experience.
