Position: Federal Work Study Student – Marketing Assistant
Location: Public Relations and Communications (Marketing)
Nature of Duties: The Marketing Assistant will assist the Marketing team with some of the preparation work for daily operations, special projects and will also assist with asset distribution.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily marketing related activities
- Assist with content creation
- Assist with asset delivery and distribution
- Pitch promotional ideas
- Assist with student level correspondence and circulation
- Assist with social media insights and imagery
- Assist with driving student engagement on all institutional platforms
Minimum Qualifications:
- Be enrolled as a student at Columbus Technical College
- Completed a FAFSA and be identified as being eligible for federal aid
- Complete a Federal Work-Study Employment Application
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently and confidentially
- Ability to effectively and discreetly convey information
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work well with others
Salary/Benefits: $11.00 per hour; no benefits
